Joe White

On July 26, 2008 a patrol officer was dispatched to a person down in a vehicle at 4100 Telephone Rd at approximately 10:00 pm.  Officers arrived and found Joe White, 58 years old,  in an ambulance being checked by EMT’s.  EMT’s stated that they observed White in his vehicle with the engine running, still in drive, stopped in a moving lane of traffic.  After being cleared by EMT’s, officers conducted Field Sobriety Tests and placed Joe White under arrest for DWI.  After being transported to the station, White refused to take a breath test.  Because of his prior DWI convictions, White was charged with Felony DWI.

Joe White pled guilty to Felony DWI.  This is his 7th DWI conviction.

He was sentenced to 20 years in prison.
