Juan Hernandez

On January 28, 2008 at approximately 2:00am, Juan Hernandez was driving east near 7700 Westheimer.  Officers observed his vehicle unable to drive within a single lane of traffic and conducted a traffic stop.  Officers administered field sobriety tests and arrested Hernandez for DWI.  He blew .239 and was charged with DWI.

On February 11, 2008 at approximately 1:15am, Juan Hernandez was driving east near 6500 Westheimer and was again observed by officers unable to drive within a single lane of traffic.  Hernandez was stopped and given field sobriety tests.  He was arrested for DWI again.  When taken to the station, he blew .157 and was charged with DWI.

Hernandez pled guilty to both DWI charges and was sentenced to 30 days in the county jail for each offense.
